Cloverdale questions

Answers buyers look for first.

Cloverdale is both a historic town centre and the name of a broader City of Surrey community. Clayton Heights is a newer, denser neighbourhood within that broader area. They differ in age, housing mix, street pattern and proximity to future rapid transit.

For September 2026, the FVREB composite benchmark for the Surrey–Cloverdale area was $921,900. Detached, townhouse and apartment benchmarks were $1,317,200, $754,300 and $506,700 respectively. These figures are updated monthly.

Use the official Surrey Schools address-based School Locator. Catchment boundaries and program availability can change, so every property should be checked by exact civic address.

Not exactly. The FVREB Surrey–Cloverdale reporting area is broader than the historic town centre and includes multiple neighbourhoods. Market numbers should be labelled at the geography actually reported by the source.
